If your order exceeds the maximum dimensions for its weight tariff then you will pay the next tariff that falls within the specifications of the maximum dimensions of your order.
If you place your order before 1pm we will endeavour to dispatch your order the same day. However delays can occur due to low stock levels and increased volume of orders. Orders that have been placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed the following working day. Typically you will receive your order between 1-3 days after ordering. If you need it for next day please contact us and we will do our best to ship your delivery next day with no extra cost
If you have ordered a “Non-Stocked” item please be ware that it can take an additional 5-10 days for your item to be delivered to us from the manufacturer, you will be notified in email and have the option to continue with your order. Sometimes items shown in stock may be out of stock, again we will contact you and you will have to choice to wait or cancel your order.
Our UK standard courier option will be delivered by TNT 1-3 working day after it has been dispatched between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, however you may be lucky enough to receive your order the next working day. If your selected UK standard courier or named day delivery, You will receive an sms or email from the courier giving you a delivery window of an hour so you don't have to wait in all day, you will also recieve a unique tracking code so you can track your delivery.
Unfortunately if you choose any Royal Mail delivery methods, you are unable to track your order. All goods must be signed for upon delivery if using this method
Animal & Garden shall not be responsible for any delays experienced once your order has been handed over to the courier.
Alternatively you can choose a Named Day delivery service where you can select a future delivery date up to 30 days from the order date.
Deliveries outside the UK Mainland will commonly be between 2 and 7 days depending on the distance travelled.

Courier Service - £7.95 until size and weight of order requires a pallet service (up to 30kg), which the customer will receive a quote for after placing an order

An Item marked as “Instock” may be awaiting delivery from the manufacturer which can take a few days to reach our dispatch depot where we will send your order from.
We are constantly working hard to ensure all items are kept Instock, so that you will receive your order as soon as possible.
If an item will cause an exceptional delay to your order we will attempt to inform you as soon as possible.

Orders can only be sent to the card-holder's address this is to prevent fraudulent purchases
Animal & Garden is unable to accept payments made with pre-paid credit or debit cards
If your order is large enough to require pallet shipping, we can obtain a quotation from a pallet courier. If you prefer, you may arrange your own pallet delivery service. In these instances we can accept no responsibility for goods arriving damaged at their destination.
It is our policy to send out all orders in plain boxes or brown paper. This will ensure your privacy is maintained at all times
Any claim that any Goods or Services have been delivered damaged, are not of the correct quantity, or do not comply with their description, shall be notified by the Customer to Animal & Garden within 48 hours of the delivery time. We cannot accept responsibility for any errors/damages notified after that time. You may be asked to provide photos of damaged goods for us to make a claim.
We want you to be completely satisfied - if you are not satisfied with any item that you have purchased from us, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping & handling fees. In this case the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred when returning the item.
Items must be returned unused in a re-sellable condition, including packaging. If returned items do not comply with these conditions then they will be subject to a 30% handling charge together with collection charges where applicable. Please see our returns policy
