The Maxibright Daylight 315w ballast is designed to work with the Maxibright 315 Euro, Single, Twin, or Horizon wide angle reflector to power a single 315w PHILIPS Ceramic Metal Halide Lamp, you can however use the E40 to 315w lamp adapter if you wish to use any reflector with an E40 fitting. Never use your Daylight ballast to power a lamp with an E40 fitting

One ballast will power one PHILIPS 315 CMH lamp, therefore if using the twin reflector with two lamps then two ballasts will be required
